Histologically it is a challenge to diagnose because it very commonly mimics several metastatic visceral malignancies and other non-aggressive skin adnexal tumors. We highlight here the importance of timely diagnosis of hidradenocarcinoma and its differentiation from other look alike because of its poor prognosis and uncertain response to chemotherapy and radiotherapy. }, URL ={https://www.ijhi.org/article.asp?issn=WKMP-0130;year=2017;volume=6;issue=1;spage=11;epage=13;aulast=Chauhan;t=6}, eprint ={https://www.ijhi.org/article.asp?issn=WKMP-0130;year=2017;volume=6;issue=1;spage=11;epage=13;aulast=Chauhan;t=6} }
